This author hired me to create a minimalistic design to promote her books. Lindsay also wanted an event calendar to showcase her international speaking engagements and sell tickets for writing intensives. I designed the calendar to give her the ability to add events herself, and the listings automatically move to a “Past Events” section after the date has passed.
I opted for plenty of intentional white space – a reference to blank pages in a book and a mirror to one of the reviews of her debut novel: “To say a lot without saying much is no small feat.”
